"Sour Cherry Leaf Liqueur"

- 100 sour cherry leaves
- 0.75 lt red wine (Lambrusco)
- 400 gr. sugar
- 250 gr. 95° alcohol

Take a 1.5 lt. bottle and add the Lambrusco, sugar and leaves. Leave it to macerate for 40 days with the bottle exposed to the sun. Then remove the leaves, add 250 gr. of 95¡ alcohol, strain and bottle.
