During the summer, from the Parma plains to the Appenine hills, you can run into any number of local festivals and fairs. The most important are however those linked to the wine and food specialities of the area: the Parma Ham Festival, the Spalla Cotta di San Secondo fair, the Culatello di Zibello fair, the Mountain Parmigiano Reggiano fair, Cantine Aperte wine cellar open days. In the autumn, the time of the woodland products, you will find the Porcino mushroom fair and the Fragno black truffle fair.
